Delivery Information

At MindLittleOne, we are dedicated to getting our educational books and activities into your little ones' hands as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated Delivery: After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather events).

3. Delivery Fees

We offer free shipping on every order. No minimum spend required.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries: US, CA, UK, AU & NZ. International delivery times may vary and could take longer than 6–10 business days.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MindLittleOne is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor your order's progress.

6. Damaged & Missing Packages

MindLittleOne is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact our support team with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. MindLittleOne is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
